Meet the Office Staff:

Dr. Fearon's Office Staff:

Valerie (far left) is our surgery scheduler, and helps to coordinate the multiple specialists needed to care for your child

Michelle (second from left) manages the front desk and is the first face you will see, or hear. She will help you to schedule your appointment, and can assist you in making arrangements to visit Dallas.

Laura (third from left) is our insurance expert. She helps families understand the insurance process, and has extensive experience in dealing with various insurance carriers from across the United States. She can also assist families traveling from outside the U.S., understand their options for obtaining treatment.

Cindy (third from right) is our nurse practitioner. Prior to joining our team, she had extensive experience treating newborns in the NICU. She assists in the care of patients, and has an extensive knowledge of craniofacial birth defects. She is readily available to answer any initial questions you, or your pediatrician might have.

Joanne (second from right) has been involved in craniofacial surgery for over thirty years. She came to the Dallas center from Toronto Sick Children’s Hospital in 1986. Joanne assists with insurance issues and scheduling, and is an invaluable source of information in general.

Alondra (far right) is the office manager. She is the “go-to” person for any complex issues, and assists the entire office staff.

The Craniofacial Center Staff:

The Center, based at Medical City Dallas includes an entire team of health care professionals who are solely dedicated to treating children with craniofacial birth defects. The Dallas Craniofacial Staff members include, a nurse coordinator, geneticist, clinical anthropologist, speech pathologist, and psychologist.

Medical City has multiple craniofacial surgeons in different offices, all of which share the same basic team. Families have a choice of craniofacial surgeons; for those who chose Dr. Fearon, he will be the primary craniofacial surgeon responsible for taking care of your child, and will work closely with all the other needed craniofacial team members.
