The center is located at Medical City Children’s, part of Medical City Dallas. It is located at the intersection of Forest Lane and Central Expressway (Route 75) in north Dallas. Housing arrangements can be arranged through Guest Relations at Medical City at 972-566-2400, through the Ronald McDonald House at 214-631-7354. Are my child’s medical expenses covered if we go to your national center?
We accept all insurances, but it is not possible for us to participate on every insurance plan. However, in virtually every case it is possible for us to help you to negotiate with your carrier in order to obtain approval for your child to receive treatment at our center.
We believe that it is not fair for patients to have to pay more to receive treatment “out of network” when that care is by the most experienced clinicians who are more likely to have lower complication rates, and are willing to care for any child. For patients without insurance, our center treats individuals based on their resources. We are able to offer some help with local arrangements for patients traveling to Dallas, and will write the U.S. Consulate to help patients coming from outside the United States obtain visas when necessary.
